The client’s task

The company manages owners’ apartments in Alanya and rents them out to guests. It needed one system instead of scattered spreadsheets: a website where guests find and book an apartment, a cabinet where owners see their properties and income, and a workspace for the team — enquiries, bookings, deals and tasks. All on one database, so the numbers match for the guest, the owner and the manager.

What we did

Rental and sales website

A catalogue with filters by city, view, rooms and distance to the sea, a property page with a calendar and a map.

Online booking

Free dates from the database, booking and payment on the site; the guest’s bookings appear in their personal account.

Owner cabinet

Own properties, monthly financial reports, a running balance and payouts — with commission and tax by the company’s formula.

CRM for the team

Enquiries, deals, tasks, bookings and owners; a separate app for managers and a mini app for staff.

Telegram bot

After an enquiry on the site the client continues in Telegram, and the lead lands in the CRM with its funnel stage.

Guest data protection

The public catalogue does not expose names, phones or booking amounts — full data is visible to staff only.
