Frequently asked questions about buying
Can I buy property without coming to Türkiye?
Yes. We’ll find properties for your request, show them by video and handle the paperwork remotely, with no trip to Türkiye. A manager will explain which documents you’ll need during a consultation.
How does an online viewing work?
A manager makes a video call from the property on WhatsApp or Telegram at a time that suits you, showing the apartment, the view from the windows and the grounds, and answering your questions.
Which payment methods are available?
You can pay in foreign currency, crypto or rubles. We’ll agree a payment arrangement that suits you before the contract is signed.
Do the properties qualify for a residence permit or citizenship?
Some properties qualify for a residence permit, and the ARCADIA VIEW villas qualify for citizenship. The terms depend on the property and the rules in force on the date of the deal, so please check the current ones with a manager.
Can I rent out the apartment I buy?
Yes. We offer rental management, and we’ll estimate the return in advance with an ROI calculation.
Is there an installment plan?
Some developer properties come with a 0% installment plan. The down payment and term depend on the project; we’ll send you a selection of properties with installment plans.
